After landing, bring your voucher, your passport (the original) and your UAE tourist visa to an e& counter in arrivals at Dubai International (Terminals 1, 2 or 3), Abu Dhabi or Sharjah airport, or to an e& store elsewhere in the UAE. The package combines local and international calling minutes, which can be used flexibly, with free incoming calls and data on e&'s 4G and 5G network across the country. The exact allowance depends on the package booked. Text messages are not part of the package. The line is for visitors only. Voice and video calls over internet apps such as WhatsApp are restricted in the UAE, so plan to use regular calls.
